Job Title: Support Staff- Ticket Agent

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle transactions at the ticket window and on the concourse.
- Sell tickets and handle cash remittances from on-board sales.
- Balance ticket sales and cash receipts.
- Maintain ticket inventory and record sales Indiana TRAC and Rail Sales systems.
- Handle lost and found items, respond to customer inquiries, and return lost items to owners.
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent.
- Availability to work various hours and days.
- Thorough knowledge of fares and schedules.
- Ability to handle large sums of money and balance ticket stock with revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, with experience Indiana Excel and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience a plus.

- Physical examination required upon hiring.

- Must pass a background check.
