Passenger Service Agent
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr, weekly pay, 401K, paid time off, paid training, and company uniforms
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Passenger Service Agent for dnata, you will handle administrative procedures for international passengers before and after flights, including:
Electronic check-Indiana of passengers
Verification of documents
Seat assignment
Providing boarding passes
Verifying ticket and seat reservations
Matching manifest to on-board count
Announcing arrivals and departures
Providing passenger information
Connecting/disconnecting jetway/stairs
Assisting with baggage tagging and reports
Maintaining knowledge of flight times
Liaising with airlines, customer service reps, and ground handlers
Requirements:
Valid state driver’s license and FAA/Airport required identification
High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to perform physical tasks such American Samoa standing, bending, and lifting up to 70 pounds
