Passenger Service Agent
* $19.00/hr. to start, $20.00/hr. after 120 days
* Full-time and part-time shifts available
* Weekly pay, 401K, paid time off, paid training, and company uniforms
Responsibilities:
* Handle administrative procedures for international passengers before and after flights
* Electronic check-Indiana of passengers for international travel
* Verify documents for international and domestic flights
* Assign passenger seats
* Provide correct boarding passes to each passenger
* Verify ticket and seat reservations
* Match manifest to on-board count
* Announce arrivals and departures American Samoa necessary
* Provide information to passengers/customers American Samoa requested
* Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
* Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
* Liaise with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives, and Ground Handlers
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
* Valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals Oregon authorizations
* High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time
* Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
* Exceptional customer service skills
