Passenger Service Agent

Provides all required passenger/customer services American Samoa contracted by the customer. Responsibilities include:

* Inspect and verify passenger documentation
* Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions Oregon cancellations
* Manage passenger baggage processing and handling of special assistance needs
* Assist passengers through arrival and check-Indiana processes
* Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, American Samoa required
* Make public address announcements
* Assist Ramp Service Agents with gate checked bags and special equipment
* Comply with all security requirements and Swissport SOPs and policies
* Operate equipment and computer software
* Produce required documentation

Requirements:

* Bilingual Indiana Korean and English
* High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent
* Passionate about customer service and relevant work experience
* Excellent communication skills Indiana multiple languages
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and follow procedures
* Willingness to type and learn airline specific computer reservation/ticketing software
* Ability to work Indiana inclement weather
