Passenger Service Agent Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Service Agent to provide high-quality customer service to passengers at various locations across the globe. American Samoa a Passenger Service Agent, you will provide all required passenger/customer services American Samoa contracted by the customer, including reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, terminal/gate check-Indiana, jet way operation, and special passenger assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions Oregon cancellations
- Manage passenger baggage processing, including handling and fee calculation if applicable
- Assist passengers with special needs, such American Samoa unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, American Samoa required
- Operate equipment, including the jet way, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ticketing software
- Produce all required work-related documentation
Requirements
- High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant work experience Indiana customer service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Indiana country-specific language
- Ability to type and learn airline-specific computer reservation/ticketing software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Attentive to detail and numerate
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
