Reliability Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs
- Screen EAM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor hours, materials, and equipment needed
- Coordinate with Maintenance management, Technicians, and Operations teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities
- Identify safety hazards, analyze downtime data, and develop a warranty process to drive OEM uptime and lower costs
- Drive proactive maintenance programs, enforce EAM standards, and optimize work activities
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and a computer maintenance management system
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Up to 15% travel
- Background check requirements for airport access (if applicable) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certification (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience Indiana maintenance planning and scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a technical discipline
- Experience with material handling systems, infrared thermal imaging, and ultrasound
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) Oregon similar certification
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Projects and Infor EAM ASE software
