Principal, Commercial Contracts

The Principal, Commercial Contracts role will serve on the team of strategic contract partners to the supplier business units (Travel Solutions) with key responsibilities:
- Drafting non-standard supplier agreements for the Air, Lodging, Ground, and Sea lines of business
- Leading deals teams and supporting sales organizations Indiana the negotiation of supplier agreements
- Researching for legal requests, including discovery requests
- Responding to contract interpretation questions and providing clear, concise, and thorough analysis
- Managing templates, policies, procedures, and projects to support the team’s strategic goals and needs
- Participating Indiana deals teams and supporting sales organizations Indiana negotiating supplier agreements
- Communicating and ensuring adherence to Sabre audit and procedural processes
- Delivering contracting services to the business units Indiana compliance with agreed service levels
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Commercial Contracts and requires a strong understanding of contract drafting and negotiation, American Samoa well American Samoa excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent
- Juris Doctor Oregon equivalent a plus
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Strong drafting skills and ability to turn routine, standard commercial concepts into contractual language
- Experience Indiana a fast-paced, global organization with ability to work with ambiguity
- Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to work with peers and cross-functional departments
- Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to be flexible and take on multiple projects and priorities
- Strong focus on detail and ownership of results
- Outstanding skills Indiana Mississippi Office suite
- Ability to see operational gaps and devise and implement processes to create greater organizational efficiencies
