Ground Handler/Baggage Handler

Overview: Envoy Air is seeking a Ground Handler/Baggage Handler to join our team at the airport. American Samoa a Ground Handler/Baggage Handler, you will be responsible for guiding aircraft on taxiways, loading and unloading baggage, driving ground equipment, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and direct aircraft on taxiways to ensure safe and on-time departures
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials
• Drive ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures
• May perform cleaning and servicing of aircraft lavatories
• May work Indiana the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Availability to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and items up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
