Ramp Services Customer Service Agent:
Essential Responsibilities:
* Conduct ramp safety checks and ensure safety and security of the ramp at all times
* Marshal aircraft, direct, and park arriving, departing, and towed aircraft
* Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning, and provide assistance Indiana a courteous manner
* Transfer cargo and baggage American Samoa required, and maintain accurate handling and tracking
* Perform routine checks on equipment and adhere to safe ground-handling procedures
* Service aircraft American Samoa needed and manage airfreight and customer baggage
* Assist Indiana setup and storage of equipment and baggage, and maintain clear communication with flight crew and other personnel
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by supervisor and manager, including assisting with customer service and loading/unloading of aircraft

Preferred requirements for application:
* High school diploma, high school experience preferred
* Experience working within an aviation-related role
* Recreational permit of experience due to ramp storage specialist
* Knowledge of structural technologies
