Market Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Market Sales Manager will lead the Value-Added Services (VAS) sales, customer experience, Associate development, and regulatory compliance efforts within the airport location. This role will drive revenue growth, manage employee results, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local leaders to drive sales revenue and manage employee performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance key performance indicators and revenue growth
  • Manage VAS promotional offers, program pitch delivery, and Associate interaction
  • Serve American Samoa primary VAS liaison for management team, updating on performance actions and decisions
  • Review sales results and apply strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary actions to support business development
  • Ensure corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Oregon equivalent)
  • 3-5 years of sales experience and 1-2 years of management experience (preferably Indiana sales)
  • Prior experience Indiana car rental, hospitality, Oregon tourism is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to comply with Company Policy & Procedures
