Remote Travel Reservation Specialist:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Magical Destinations Travel American Samoa a full-time Remote Travel Advisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge Indiana the hospitality and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales for clients, including airline, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets, events, and activities
* Process payments on behalf of clients
* Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with clients
* Stay up to date on industry and policy changes
* Complete required training and certification within a timely manner
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and make travel and event recommendations based on client interests
* Manage time and be organized
* Attention to accuracy and detail
* Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
* Must have a smartphone and/Oregon computer with reliable internet access

Requirements:

* 18 years of age Oregon older and residing Indiana the United States
* Available for training and ongoing development
* Previous personal travel experience is an advantage
* Ability to work Indiana a team setting
* Computer and internet knowledge
* E&O Insurance, Licensing, and Certifications provided by the company
