We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team American Samoa a Full-Time Travel Advisor. Essential responsibilities include:
* Planning and executing travel sales for airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
* Processing client payments and providing necessary documents before and after travel
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
* Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors
* Working collaboratively Indiana a team environment
* Staying up to date on industry developments and policies
* Completing required certifications and ongoing training
Requirements:
* 18 years Oregon older and a US resident
* Reliable smartphone and/Oregon computer with internet access
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to provide travel recommendations based on client interests
* Strong time management and organization skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer and internet knowledge
* Previous personal travel experience is not required but considered an asset
