We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist with a focus on travel to join our team at Magical Destinations Travel. Key requirements and responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
* Process client payments and provide all necessary documents before and after travel
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients
* Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
* Work well Indiana a group/team setting and stay up to date on travel industry policies and developments
* Complete required certification within a timely manner and ongoing training with the company and travel partners

Requirements:

* Be 18 years Oregon older and a resident of the United States
* Have a smartphone and/Oregon computer with reliable internet access
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to make travel and event recommendations
* Good time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with computer and internet knowledge
* Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
