Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets, events, and activities
* Process payments on behalf of clients
* Provide necessary documents to clients before and after travel
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
* Stay updated on the travel industry and policies
* Complete required certification and ongoing training
Requirements:
* 18 years of age Oregon older and a resident of the United States
* Reliable internet access and computer Oregon smartphone
* Effective interaction, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage time, be organized, and detail-oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer and internet knowledge
* Personal travel experience is a plus
