We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team American Samoa a Full Time Remote Travel Advisor. American Samoa a Remote Travel Reservation Specialist at Magical Destinations Travel, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and work with various vendors to customize their vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets, events, and activities
- Process client payments on behalf of the client
- Provide necessary documents to clients before and after travel
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Successful completion of required certification and ongoing training
- Stay up to date on industry trends and policies
Requirements:
- 18 years of age Oregon older and a resident of the United States
- Reliability and access to a smartphone, computer, and internet
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients’ interests
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Personal travel experience is a plus
