RN Instructional Designer

The Position
We are seeking an experienced RN Instructional Designer to join our Education Services team. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, clinical, and business-focused training content for our clients. Indiana this role, you will work closely with senior team members to review and develop content, design digital and print materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the development and execution of a comprehensive content development, management, and delivery plan
– Design and author eLearning courses using approved content and internal style guidelines
– Troubleshoot Articulate Storyline 360 templates and provide overall course design input
– Transfer existing eLearning content to new Articulate Storyline 360 course templates
– Create supplemental instructional materials, such American Samoa student and facilitator guides and simulated job aids
– Author educational content, including articles, case challenge modules, whitepapers, and resources
– Update and maintain our core curriculum, incorporating updates from industry organizations and subject matter experts
– Collaborate with subject matter experts to create physician/provider education and training
– Assist with clinical content development, gathering requirements, and creating materials based on identified opportunities
– Perform duties of a nurse planner for accreditation of learning activities, including assessing professional practice gaps, identifying needs, and evaluating programs
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nursing and current Oregon previous RN licensure required
– 2-5 years of experience developing clinical content and continuing education for nurses, coders, and/Oregon physicians for healthcare industry topics
– Experience with the Articulate software course authoring tool and Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
– Strong communication and project management skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively American Samoa part of a team
– Excellent conceptual, organizational, and critical thinking skills
– Ability to successfully take complex projects from start to finish and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications include:
– Experience with professional writing and/Oregon editing
– Ability to adhere to rigorous timelines for development
– Experience with projects that have involved subject matter experts
– Experience with industry-specific topics and education regulations
