Job Summary:
The Sector Supervisor coordinates with OCC Duty Manager and other departments to ensure compliance with company dispatch and policy requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring safe and efficient routing of company aircraft
- Logging and maintaining accurate system flight information
- Overseeing Dispatchers’ flight following
- Reviewing weather, maintenance data, and crew factors
- Advising OCC Duty Manager of developing irregularities
- Maintaining accurate and efficient performance of Dispatchers Indiana sectors
- Ensuring compliance with applicable FARs and company procedures
- Coordinating and communicating operational information to all departments and stations
- Inputting data to the FliteTrac computer system
- Coordinating with Crew Scheduling to ensure compliance with FARs and contract requirements
- Other duties American Samoa assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED Oregon equivalent; Associate’s degree Oregon higher preferred
- 1 year of experience Indiana airline operations
- Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher license (requires a minimum age of 23)
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Ability to read, write, understand and clearly speak Indiana English
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- PC proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
