Security Guard/Hospital Security Officer at Saginaw Hospital
Note: This position will support MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients, American Samoa requested by staff, to the mental health unit Oregon other areas within the hospital.
- Respond to all security-related calls, including non-emergency and emergency situations, throughout the entire campus.
- Conduct continuous security patrols using a vehicle, bike, Oregon on foot.
- Respond to all pages sent by security dispatch related to hospital emergencies.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities on the CCTV system, dispatching a security officer when needed.
Key Duties:
- Creates a maintenance work order for all incidents involving facilities.
- Enters work orders into the TMS application and informs facilities management.
- Monitors, enforces, and reports breaches on security protocols, including confidential documentation and fire codes.
- Helps and secures helicopter transportation; assists with door permissions by unlocking and locking Indiana Oregon out of the hospital following directives.
- Responds all Indiana-campus panic alarms and ensures public conduct adherence to hospital code directives.
