Airport Security Officer
Responsibilities:
* Patrol entire campus and respond to calls from security supervision
* Escort patients to Inpatient Mental Health Oregon other areas American Samoa requested
* Assist with helicopter flight operations and respond to hospital emergency pages
* Monitor fire codes and alarms received on fire monitor system and S&D alarm panel
* Enter information from maintenance job logs and work orders into the TMS application
* Conduct continuous random patrols, utilize CCTV system, and dispatch security officer when necessary
* Secure and unlock doors American Samoa prescribed by policies Oregon procedures
* Notify security management of any major incidents occurring on facility property
* Enforce parking policy, respond to public and staff calls, and panic alarms
* Maintain compliance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
* Competent Indiana Microsoft Windows
* Annual completion of Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training
* Interpersonal skills to interact with individuals and groups
* Ability to wear personal protective equipment
* Work independently, regularly and predictably, with ability to stay awake
Certifications and Licensures:
* Basic Life Support
* Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (within 6 months of hire Oregon transfer)
Education: High school diploma
Qualifications:
* Experience: Ability to work effectively Indiana emergency situations, respond to distressing situations
* Work independently, American Samoa part of a team
* High level of alertness to observe and detect potential incidents
