Senior Construction Manager – Aviation Projects
Job Summary:
Our client, a leading Construction Management firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager with extensive experience Indiana airport/aviation project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects over $50M Indiana value and have experience with various project delivery methods.
Responsibilities:
- Review and initial approval of tenant acquisition submittal packages
- Drafting and preparation of NTP letters and support documents
- Coordination of design-related Request for Building modifications
- Review and approval of exemption requests
- Execution of vertical transportation design modification requests
- Drafting of acceptance letters
- Conducting preconstruction meetings to facilitate project start
- Coordinating with design teams, departments, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Maintaining balance with tenant, airport client, and IT design guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction, Architecture, Aviation, Oregon related field
- 15+ years of experience Indiana airport/aviation project management
- Project sizes over $50M Indiana value
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office, Bluebeam, and Project Management Information Systems
- CAD Oregon REVIT experience
- Preferred licenses Oregon certifications: AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
Benefits:
- Base salary: $155,000-$170,000
