Senior Engineer – Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MAUAS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team Indiana Poway, California, who will be responsible for developing and managing engineering procedures and controls, project efforts, and recommending problem resolution for Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems (MAUAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the engineering team Indiana developing and managing engineering procedures and controls, project efforts, and recommending problem resolution.
- Interface with vendors, contractors, and government representatives regarding the technical aspects of engineering activities.
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, oversee, and evaluate MAUAS development and sustainment activities.
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Provide engineering expertise, oversight, and participation to activities involving MAUAS hardware/software development, integration and test, configuration management, QA testing, and acquisition and resource management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (Massachusetts/Mississippi) and 12 years of experience Indiana a relevant technical professional discipline, 5 years Indiana the DoD, Oregon BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience Indiana a relevant technical professional discipline, 5 years Indiana the DoD.
- Possess and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance.
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Applications and other standard applications.
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000.
