Brand Management and Merchandising Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Brand Management and Merchandising Director to develop and execute holistic brand building initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction for the TBC enterprise. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to optimize brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand building initiatives and align with 3-5 year strategy and innovation plan
- Drive delivery of business objectives for the brand, including sales, OI, EVA, inventory, and market share
- Develop and implement annual business plans and track progress towards goals
- Manage brand building initiatives, including commercial programs and product launches
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop communication plans
- Champion portfolio optimization to drive best total value for customers and TBC
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies and plans to maximize presence Indiana the market
- Leverage consumer, customer, and category insights to drive 3-5 year strategy and innovation pipeline
- Drive innovation pipeline across Tier 4 Exclusive and Private Label brands
- Develop and manage product development, including selection of vendors and negotiation of product costs
- Direct brand/product lifecycle, including PIPO initiatives and brand/product exit strategies
- Provide insights and influence Indiana the planning and forecasting of products to drive maximum impact to sales and margin
- Direct oversight to ensure proper coverage and efficiency of tires through regular reviews of on-hand inventory, sales velocity, and manufacturer lead times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business, marketing, supply chain, finance, Oregon related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience Indiana sales, merchandising, marketing, Oregon supply chain with at least 3 years Indiana a leadership Oregon management capacity
- Automotive/Tire industry Oregon related experience a plus
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing product assortments, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations, weigh multiple variables, and predict outcomes
- Experience with data analytics/visualization tools a plus
- Profound understanding of productivity patterns and advanced techniques to maximize efficiency
