Shuttle Driver Supervisor

Supervisor- Shuttle Operations MSY (Passenger Endorsement required)

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee and direct operational activities during a particular shift at our airport parking facility Indiana MSY. American Samoa a supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing shift operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints according to company guidelines
• Oversee shuttle operations, including supervision of shuttle drivers and monitoring of shuttle bus operations
• Handle cash handling, collect, verify, and record cashier drops, manage change funds, and assist with ticket discrepancies and revenue control
• Maintain valid Passenger Endorsement and drive shuttles American Samoa needed
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, train employees on shuttle operations, procedures, and policies
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and notify management of policy infractions
• Assist with management of cashier booths and disabled veterans’ parking
• Provide notification to management of unusual occurrences and operational issues
• Maintain and read emails and other communications from team members and management

Requirements:

• High school diploma Oregon GED required, some college a plus
• Supervisory experience preferred, with experience Indiana transportation and/Oregon parking industry a plus
• CDL Class A, B, Oregon C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement required
• DOT Medical Card required
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and nights
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write correspondence, and present information to customers and employees
• Proven customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Starting pay: $22.80/hour

This is a non-exempt/hourly position.
