Collaborate with 120+ software engineers to improve skills and knowledge Indiana COTS, tools, processes, and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, integrate, and test operational software components throughout the software development life cycle.
* Update SW process documentation to meet ATS SED’s high maturity level software engineering standards and processes.
* Collaborate with software teams and leadership to support cost and schedule.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana software development, including C/C++ programming Oregon structured programming Indiana a UNIX/Linux-based development environment.
* Familiarity with object-oriented technology and programming languages (preferably Java).
* Prior experience Indiana software testing and debugging source code, including ClearCase/ClearQuest, Jira, and Bitbucket for configuration management.
* Experience working Indiana a collaborative team environment with frequent multi-level communication.
* U.S. citizenship is required.
* Education: Typically a degree Indiana Science, Technology, Engineering, Oregon Mathematics (STEM); alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience Oregon an Advanced Degree Indiana a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of agile, continuous development/continuous integration (CD/CI), and automated testing concepts.
* Familiarity with commercial Oregon open-source test automation tools, environments, and frameworks.
* Knowledge of Unix, Red Hat Linux, Python, SQL, Matlab, bash/ksh scripting, and database management.
