Sr. Help Desk Technician

Job Summary: Provide advanced technical support for computer systems, ensuring proper operation for customers to accomplish business tasks. Respond to customer requests, prioritize, document, and actively resolve issues through diagnostic and request tracking tools, American Samoa well American Samoa providing Indiana-person, hands-on help.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide technical support to offices, remote workers, and customers
  • Install, configure, and manage workstations and laptops
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications on workstations and printers
  • Assist customers on VPN and WFH-related issues
  • Troubleshoot system and application issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning workstations and peripherals
  • Develop and maintain proficiency Indiana company-standard software

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience Indiana help desk Oregon desktop support role
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success at client services senior level
  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana IT Oregon relevant disciplines
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles
