Senior Manager, Account Management, Airline Distribution
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead a team of 7 Account Managers providing technical support to airline customers worldwide. This role will serve American Samoa an escalation point for team and customer technical issues, requiring advanced sales skills and a customer-centric thought process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product enhancements and new product requests with airlines
- Serve American Samoa a Subject Matter Expert on Sabre and Abacus GDS functionality
- Collaborate with Airline and Agency Account Directors to identify product needs
- Provide contract interpretation, content disparity review, and market competitiveness analysis
- Resolve customer escalations and critical issues within agreed timelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to handle customer requests and projects
- Identify solution requirements through discovery sessions with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Preferred Requirements:
- GDS technical/systems knowledge
- Experience working Indiana a team-oriented environment
- Leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and team-building skills
