Job Title: Senior Manager, System Operations Control

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our System Operations Control team. • Assist Sr. Director, System Operations Control with command-and-control of day-to-day operations

• Manage revenue-based decisions, including cancellations, downgrades, and significant delays

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Indiana large/major carrier (Part 121) airline operations and SOC/OCC experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Budget management, labor relations, and project management skills preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to make quick, yet well-informed, decisions
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to successfully interact with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills, which allow for the direction of SOC staff Indiana executing operational plans
• Highly self-motivated, able to handle multiple, high-profile tasks calmly
