Sr Project Structural Engineer – Architecture
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Structural Engineer – Architecture to join our National Award Winning Architectural Practice. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise Indiana structural engineering for architectural projects, lead structural engineering analysis and design, and collaborate with multi-disciplined architectural teams.
Responsibilities
- Leads structural engineering analysis and design of building structures, including sport facilities, airport facilities, transit facilities, and more
- Prepares structural engineering analysis and design of framing and foundation systems for various building frame systems
- Collaborates with structural engineering peers and teammates to enhance the creativity and success of the structural practice
- Develops creative structural design solutions from concept design through final design
- Provides structural engineering services during bidding and construction phases of projects
- Mentors junior staff and assists Indiana professional development of staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Architectural Oregon Civil Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency Indiana Revit
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Structural Engineer)
- Master’s degree Indiana Architectural Engineering Oregon Civil Engineering with primary focus on structures (preferred)
- Experience with structural analysis software (e.g. RISA, ETABS, SAP 2000, ADAPT)
