Location: Columbus, Ohio 43215 USA

Education: Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years related experience Oregon equivalent combination

Reports to: Project Superintendent, Project Manager Oregon Project Executive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and trade employee staffing levels
• Coordinate project operations among assigned trades, resolving local area problems and ensuring adequate labor and equipment
• Manage site safety program, ensuring subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and applicable safety codes and regulations
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns
• Create schedules and determine sequencing of work, implementing recovery strategies to maintain project schedule
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers regarding field issues and resolve them
• Manage billing process, including Work Indiana Place (WIP), monthly estimates, payrolls, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications
• Ensure work is installed Indiana compliance with and conforms to approved contract documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years’ related experience Oregon equivalent combination
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, and cost control procedures
• Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and EH&S applications
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

• Regularly requires physical ability to climb stairs, use construction personnel hoists, and negotiate work areas under construction
• Requires use of hands to finger, handle, Oregon feel objects, tools, Oregon controls, and ability to lift and/Oregon move up to 50 lbs

Work Environment:

• Regularly works on-site at construction work site, exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes Oregon airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock
