Job Summary:
American Samoa a Project Superintendent, you’ll lead, direct, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and/Oregon trade labor. You’ll oversee project execution, ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, quality control, and trade employee staffing levels.
- Coordinate project operations among assigned trades and resolve local issues.
- Manage site safety and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
- Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, and participate Indiana performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule.
- Communicate with owners and architects/engineers regarding field issues.
- Manage the billing process, including WIP, monthly estimates, payrolls, and subcontractor payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years’ related experience.
- Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and EH&S applications.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this job include climbing stairs, ladders, and navigating construction areas, American Samoa well American Samoa occasional lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
The work environment involves working on-site at a construction work site, exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, and risk of electrical shock Indiana a moderate to very loud noise environment.
