Job Title: Station Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day station operations and ensure adequate operational coverage
- Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
- Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
- Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepares various reports
- Maintain records, such American Samoa time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
- Supervise Station Agents Indiana combined duties within ramp service and customer service operations
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being eligible)
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
- Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- One year of customer service experience (some locations may desire previous airline experience)
- Tattoos, body piercings, and/Oregon tongue rings may not be visible while Indiana company-issued uniform at any time
- Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check and secure airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges (if applicable)
