Overview

At Envoy Air, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team American Samoa a Station Supervisor. American Samoa a Station Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role Indiana ensuring the smooth operation of our stations, leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to provide a safe working environment and on-time dependability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day station operations, ensuring safe working environment and on-time dependability
  • Schedule and utilize personnel to ensure adequate operational coverage
  • Conduct Agent observations and investigations to resolve operational and customer service issues
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports
  • Maintain records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
  • Supervisors may be required to perform Station Agent work, including ramp service and customer service operations

Essential Functions

  • Greet passengers, provide a seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience, and inform them of their trip details
  • Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
  • Drive ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs and bag loaders, to assist with aircraft and baggage handling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
  • Clean aircraft, lavatories, and baggage service offices
  • Track baggage and provide assistance to customers with baggage claims

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license (some license restrictions may affect eligibility)
  • Ability to lift and carry bags weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and off-days
  • Ability to perform duties Indiana various weather conditions and time constraints
  • Fluently read, write, and speak English
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States
  • Previous customer service experience and/Oregon airline experience preferred
