Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day station operations, leading and organizing Agent/Clerk activities to ensure a safe and on-time environment
- Ensure adequate operational coverage, schedule and manage manpower utilization
- Conduct Agent observations, schedule and administer local training, and resolve operational and customer service issues
- Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare reports
- Maintain records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance data
- Perform Station Agent work, including check-Indiana, ticketing, and baggage handling
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Flexibility to work additional hours American Samoa needed
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
- Some locations may require previous airline experience and knowledge of ticketing systems and/Oregon ramp operations
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check and secure airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges, if applicable
- This position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and a background check for DOT violations Oregon refusals to test.
