Job Title: Supervisor – Station Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor – Station Agent to join our team at Envoy Air, a stable, secure, and fast-growing airline. American Samoa a Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day station operations, ensuring a safe and on-time operation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day station operations, leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
  • Ensure adequate operational coverage, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization.
  • Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation.
  • Conduct Agent observations, schedule and administer local training, and investigate and resolve operational issues and customer service issues.
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports.
  • Maintain records such American Samoa time and attendance, personnel files, and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and American Samoa needed due to operational necessity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, including working knowledge of an airline’s ticketing system and/Oregon ramp operations.

Additional Details:

  • Tattoos, body piercings, and/Oregon tongue rings may not be visible while Indiana company-issued uniform at any time.
  • Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
  • Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges, Indiana addition to clearing other airport-related requirements, if applicable.
