Responsibilities:
- Coordinate station operations, leading Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
- Maintain adequate operational coverage, schedule, and manpower utilization
- Conduct Agent observations, schedule local training, and resolve operational and customer service issues
- Participate Indiana operational conference calls and prepare various reports
- Manage records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
- Perform Station Agent work American Samoa required
- Interact with passengers to provide a seamless start to their trip, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Use ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials, driving ground equipment American Samoa needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures, cleaning aircraft, and tracking baggage
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and unexpected overtime
- English fluency
- Legal right to work Indiana the United States
- Previous customer service experience and airline experience preferred
