Job Title: Station Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Supervisor to join our team at Envoy Air. American Samoa a Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our station, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our employees and passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate station operations, including scheduling and manpower utilization
  • Maintain a safe, dependable, and consistent operation
  • Conduct agent observations and investigations of operational issues and customer service complaints
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports
  • Maintain records, such American Samoa time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
  • Supervise Station Agents Indiana ramp service and customer service operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
  • Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and American Samoa needed due to operational necessity
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Some locations may desire previous airline experience, including working knowledge of an airline’s ticketing system and/Oregon ramp operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Tattoos, body piercings, and/Oregon tongue rings may not be visible while Indiana company-issued uniform at any time
  • Candidates must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Candidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges, Indiana addition to clearing other airport-related requirements, if applicable
