Supervisor – Station Agent
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team American Samoa a Supervisor for Station Agents. American Samoa a key member of our airport operation, you will play a vital role Indiana ensuring the day-to-day station operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
- Schedule and manage manpower utilization to meet operational needs
- Conduct Agent observations and investigate operational issues American Samoa well American Samoa customer service issues
- Create a positive experience for passengers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless check-Indiana and ticketing processes
- Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling, training, and record-keeping
- Drive company vehicles and operate ground equipment such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift, carry, and distribute bags weighing up to 75 lbs
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, including airline experience and knowledge of ticketing systems
Additional Requirements:
- Pass a fingerprint-based background check for unescorted access to airport security areas
- Obtain airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges, if required
- Pass a US Postal Service background check, if applicable
- Meet Department of Transportation requirements for safety-sensitive positions
