Job Title: Station Agent Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team American Samoa a Station Agent Supervisor at Envoy Air. American Samoa a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability. You will coordinate day-to-day station operations, schedule and administer local training, and investigate and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day station operations to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability
  • Schedule and administer local training, including new hire training
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues and customer service issues
  • Conduct Agent observations
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls and station audits
  • Maintain records, such American Samoa time and attendance, personnel files, and performance
  • Perform Station Agent work American Samoa required
  • Create a positive start to a passenger’s trip by greeting them and providing a seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience
  • Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate and collect fees
  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials
  • Drive ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs and belt loaders
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a safe and on-time departure
  • May clean the interior of the aircraft and work Indiana the Baggage Service Office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, including working knowledge of an airline’s ticketing system and/Oregon ramp operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Tattoos, body piercings, and/Oregon tongue rings may not be visible while Indiana company-issued uniform
  • Must fulfill a fingerprint-based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
  • Must be able to secure airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges, if applicable
