Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Supply Chain Consultant, you will develop and deliver customized approaches to meet client’s specific needs, including supply chain planning, sourcing/capital allocation, production, and distribution. You will work with clients to understand their current state, identify problems, and develop creative solutions to improve their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business and establish positive relationships
- Gather and analyze data, conduct client interviews, and visit facilities to observe operations
- Identify and catalog problems, challenges, risks, and opportunities
- Develop performance metrics and create reports
- Create and present recommendations to client management
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and recommend design improvements
- Provide implementation oversight and create documentation, deliver training, and coach
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with a high sense of urgency
- Develop and present reports and formal presentations to communicate findings
- Foster productive client relationships and mentor team members
- Manage project resources Indiana a team environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana supply chain management, consulting, Oregon related field
- Experience with analytical tools, statistical analysis, and business process mapping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning, ERP/MRP Remediation, Sourcing/Capital allocation, Production, Inventory Management, and Distribution
- Ability to use statistical tools, machine learning, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with change management and Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to travel and work Indiana a team environment
Location:
- Must reside near an international-class airport (within 1 hour travel time)
- Synergetics employees can work remotely, but extensive travel is required.
