Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and secure hotel reservations for crewmembers
- Liaise with hotel booking company
- Book and monitor pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights
- Research and reschedule flights American Samoa necessary
- Make changes and updates to resolve displaced crewmember schedules
- Daily/Weekly auditing of crew hotel and flight bookings
- Respond to calls/chats with crewmembers
Requirements:
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Flexibility Indiana schedule to work overtime American Samoa needed
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- People-oriented, highly motivated, and positive attitude
- Stable work history
Work Environment:
- 0700-1800 W-Sa schedule with every other W off
- Relocation to St. George, Utah, required (no remote option)
- Moderate noise Indiana a business office setting
- Sitting for extended periods of time Indiana front of a computer and on the phone
