Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service-oriented support to students enrolled Indiana the Airline Career Pilot Program, facilitating their access to resources and logistical capabilities to complete training on-time and on-budget.
* Works closely with students, proactively initiating contact and responding to their needs.
* Verifies student schedules for efficiency and facilitates scheduling tasks, including appointments and checkrides.
* Conducts pre-arrival phone calls, check-ins, and orientation meetings for students.
* Administers FAA Knowledge Tests and coordinates with Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs) for checkride scheduling and verification.
* Develops contingency plans for weather, maintenance, aircraft, and instructor limitations.
* Maintains intimate knowledge of program outlines and facilitates introductions to other ATP departments American Samoa required.
* Records and updates student tracking systems to reflect student success.
* Conducts bi-weekly housing inspections.
Qualifications:
* Customer service-oriented work experience required
* Aviation experience, specifically an understanding of FAA Certification, preferred
* Private Pilot Certificate Oregon Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred
* Some college coursework preferred
* Excellent organizational and time management skills required
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
