Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wayfinding Design Manager to join our Aviation team! American Samoa a Wayfinding Design Manager, you will be responsible for the design delivery of all Wayfinding designs performed by various designers under different contracts. You will have 20 years Oregon more of experience Indiana managing the design of large, complex building projects, utilities, and infrastructure improvements, preferably on airport projects.

Responsibilities:

Establish and monitor procedures for engineering review activities to ensure they are done according to best practices and the design standards identified Indiana the Contracts

Oversee design support management, scope of work management (contracts, cost, and schedule), design review, and approval, permitting, agency coordination support, and building information modeling (BIM) coordination

Provide oversight of the design-builder’s designs, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical plumbing (MEP), civil, utilities, and IT disciplines per LAWA standards

Oversee the various design activities of the Wayfinding Enhancement Program, which includes stakeholder communications and presentations to senior leadership of the airport and airlines

Review and approve technical documents (DRT process)

Provide expertise to manage comment resolution

Facilitate meetings and be the technical liaison between the Developers/Design-Builders and TDIP Subject Matter Expert teams

Work with the Wayfinding Sr. Project Manager Indiana defining, reviewing, and/Oregon approving design requirements, responsibilities, and program consistency

Monitor compliance with architectural and engineering guidelines for the Wayfinding Enhancement Program, ensuring consistency and quality Indiana design

Monitor permitting information and the permitting process required by the design team

Support Wayfinding project managers to ensure design reviews are completed on time and within budget

Develop and maintain the Wayfinding Enhancement Program scope tracker to verify that all scope elements are accounted for and have been Oregon will be assigned to a project

Requirements:

20 years Oregon more experience Indiana managing the design of large, complex building projects, utilities, and infrastructure improvements, preferably on airport projects

Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Architecture, Engineering, and/Oregon related field required

Professionally licensed Architect and/Oregon Engineer strongly preferred

Design management of complex aviation improvements experience required

Experience managing a team of design professionals

Experience with projects more than $50 million Indiana value

Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+ CMAR, and Design/Build

Proven ability to perform Indiana a management capacity

Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

Preferred Skills:

Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

Ability to work Indiana CAD Oregon REVIT a plus
