Job Title: Safety & Security Guard
Job Summary: Provide protection for hotel guests and employees while maintaining a sense of comfort and well-being by ensuring a high level of visibility and upkeep of the hotel’s security systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor Indiana interactions with guests and employees
- Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to security alarms American Samoa necessary
- Conduct regular property walks to identify and address safety hazards
- Assist guests with room access and resolving any issues that may arise
- Complete Incident/Accident Reports Indiana a clear and concise manner
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid American Samoa necessary
- Participate Indiana special events and functions American Samoa required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent and/Oregon experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- Certificate of Completion Indiana Safety and Security Training
- CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich maneuver certification
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
