Job Summary: Security Officer

Responsibilities:

– Approach all encounters with guests and employees Indiana a friendly, service-oriented manner.
– Maintain regular attendance and adhere to hotel standards for scheduling.
– Wear the proper uniform and name tag at all times when working.
– Comply with hotel standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
– Maintain visual contact with the front desk, lobby area, and front door.
– Complete daily activity log and maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and Associate incidents.
– Participate Indiana briefings with Guest Services staff at the beginning and end of shifts.
– Open secured areas, check identities of visitors/Associates, and monitor CCTV cameras.
– Assist guests with room access and respond to security alarms.
– Provide escort services and assist with medical emergencies.
– Complete Incident/Accident Reports Indiana a clear and concise manner.
– Assist with various hotel tasks such American Samoa receiving deliveries and handling lost and found items.
– Attend special functions and meetings American Samoa required.

Qualifications:

– High School diploma Oregon equivalent and/Oregon experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field (preferred)
– Certificate of Completion Indiana Safety and Security Training (American Samoa required by state regulations)
– CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich maneuver certification.
