Youth Indiana Business Program Manager
Location: West Baltimore, Maryland
Schedule: Flexible with mandatory availability Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-7:30pm. Weekends required.
Compensation: $37,000-$40,000 + health insurance and optional retirement plan
Reports to: Program Director
Essential Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience Indiana high school youth development Oregon education
- 3+ years of supervisory experience with staff management
- 1+ year Indiana visual arts Oregon creative/arts-based organization
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office
- Current driver’s license and willingness to drive a 15-passenger van
- Experience creating reports (annual, financial, funding, Oregon grant reports)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Youth Leadership Board and support youth Indiana business development
- Supervise team members (Program Coordinator, Program Assistant, Teaching Artists, Marketing Specialist, and volunteers)
- Lead program and business development, including strategic visioning, art direction, and marketing
- Oversee administrative tasks (budget management, payroll processing, inventory tracking)
- Lead marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, impact reports)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for art and community engagement
- Teaching experience
- Proficiency Indiana Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with West Baltimore
